As a "Certified Green Hotel" and distinguished partner of Ökoprofit Hamburg, the Privathotel Lindtner Hamburg has been committed to protecting nature and the environment for many years. Sustainability, regionality and the conscious use of resources are among our core corporate goals. Our mission: pollutant-free meetings and celebrations – for guests, customers and future generations.

Sustainability in figures and projects

We are significantly reducing our CO₂ emissions through modern technology and well-thought-out measures. Two combined heat and power plants, energy-efficient cooling systems with heat recovery, and LED lighting in all rooms save over 236 tons of CO₂ annually. As a seminar hotel and provider of high-quality conference rooms in Hamburg, we also invest in global climate protection projects and have been actively supporting the reforestation of local forests through our membership in iplantatree since 2015. Honey from our own apiary is also part of our sustainable offering.

Sustainable mobility & travel

To enable our guests to contribute as well, the Privathotel Lindtner Hamburg offers an extensive charging infrastructure: 14 charging points at 22 kW, 2 fast chargers at 50 kW, 1 wallbox at 11 kW and 4 Tesla superchargers, which have been accessible to all electric vehicles since April 2023. In addition, 10 mobile wallboxes are available. Those who wish to travel in an environmentally friendly manner can also reach us easily by public transport, taxi or bicycle. In this way, we combine comfort with ecological responsibility.
